BITBURGER PILSNER x COCCO’S GELATO
*Dairy-free option*

The only thing better than a cold crisp pilsner on a hot day is a cold crisp pilsner with sorbetto. Beer lovers can cool off this summer with a Bitburger Pilsner Beer Float, featuring Bitburger Pils, the *official* partner of summer 2025, and any sorbetto, such as Cocco’s Gelato (located in Philadelphia, PA). Matthew Cocco, Owner of Cocco’s Gelato recommends blackberry, blood orange or grapefruit to pair with Bitburger.

Bitburger Pilsner is a light straw-colored German pilsner with an ABV of 4.8% known for its earthy notes and subtle nutty and honeyed aftertaste. Bitburger finishes dry with a clean, pleasant bitterness. Its balanced profile makes it an ideal base for a refreshing summertime float with sorbetto.

TAMWORTH DISTILLING

Tamworth Garden Mountain Berry Cordial ($35, 44 proof, 375 ml) — crafted by Tamworth Distilling, the acclaimed New Hampshire distillery celebrated for small-batch- hyper local spirits — shines when poured atop a glistening scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Tamworth Garden Mountain Berry Cordial presents deep flavors of wild, spicy berries with rich notes of port. The spirit begins with a barrel-aged base spirit fermented from apples and grain that is then infused with whole raspberry, honeyberry (a species of non-climbing honeysuckle), and aronia berry (a deciduous shrub known colloquially as a chokeberry) — all grown in the soils and runoff of the Sandwich Mountain Range, and harvested at peak time for immediate use and hand-picked by Wayside Farm & Great Northern Berries, located in North Sandwich, New Hampshire.

Here’s the scoop: Ice cream lovers can take their favorite flavor to the next level with just one ounce of the unique cordial poured over top, which pairs perfectly with vanilla, French vanilla, soft serve, lemon sorbet, OR even peanut butter ice cream for a riff on a PBJ. The sweet-and-spicy berries impart a welcomed kick to creamy ice cream. Imbibers and ice cream lovers will love this adult twist on a classic summertime favorite (and, of course, if ice cream isn’t a preferred treat, it’s a perfect summer sipper on its own!).
