At 48 Record Bar, summer arrives with an all-new cocktail program that leans into bright flavors, seasonal ingredients, and the intimate listening-bar atmosphere that has made the venue a standout destination. The menu offers a fresh take on warm-weather drinking while remaining true to the bar’s music-driven identity, boasting carefully-crafted bursting with flavor. High above the city, Assembly Rooftop Lounge offers one of Philadelphia’s quintessential summer experiences. With sweeping skyline views, seasonal cocktails, and an open-air setting, the venue serves as an elevated escape from the bustle below and a go-to destination for sunset drinks.

With rooftop season finally here, guests are invited to head up the elevator of the Logan Hotel to enjoy seasonal cocktails such as the Rose Gold Margarita with El Jimador Reposado tequila infused with rose petals, dry curaçao, agave and fresh lime, as well as Frose with rosé wine, dry vermouth, cocchi rosa aperitif, strawberry, and fresh lemon.

Bolo channels the tropics through a beverage program inspired by Caribbean flavors and island hospitality. Fruit-forward cocktails, rum-driven creations, and bright seasonal ingredients transport guests to warmer shores without leaving the city. Signature cocktails showcase the vibrant flavors of the Caribbean, from the island-inspired Mejor… Evita!, featuring Planteray Pineapple Rum, soursop, ginger, and coconut, to the Fancy ‘Ting with Appleton Estate rum, grapefruit, pink peppercorn, and cava. Other standout favorites include the Besito, made with coconut fat-washed Mount Gay Eclipse, dry vermouth, amaretto, and Angostura bitters; the Machete with Knob Creek, Hidden Harbor, and pineapple ginger; and the Pin Pin, combining Granja mezcal, Aperol, passion fruit, and pique-piña.

Classic tropical serves remain at the heart of the menu, including Adriana’s go-to: Bolo’s Mojito, alongside the iconic Piña Colada—a tribute to Puerto Rico’s most famous cocktail. Guests can also explore playful Caribbean-inspired pours like the Coco Bolo, blending Monkey Shoulder Scotch with Coco Rico soda and young coconut, and the Carajillo “Shakeado,” featuring cold brew, Don Q 7, and Licor 43.

At Mecha Noodle Bar, the focus shifts toward refreshment in its purest form. The Fishtown noodle bar has expanded its non-alcoholic beverage program with a collection of café-inspired drinks rooted in Southeast Asian flavors. Reflecting the continued popularity of Vietnamese coffee and globally influenced tea beverages, the lineup delivers layered flavors and creative alternatives for guests seeking something beyond the traditional soft drink.

Highlights include the Frozen Coconut Coffee, blending Vietnamese coffee, sweetened condensed milk, coconut milk, and coconut cream, alongside iced Vietnamese coffee variations topped with either ube cold foam or pandan cold foam. Tea-forward offerings such as the Jasmine Iced Tea with dragon pearl jasmine syrup and yuzu, and the Tropical Green Tea with lemongrass and lime, provide bright, refreshing options for warmer days. The program is rounded out by house-made sodas including Ginger Beer and Yuzu-Lime, offering crisp, flavorful refreshments that pair seamlessly with Mecha’s menu.
