From an intimate dinner for two, to a Galentine’s Day soirée, we’ve rounded up a bevy of lovely libations — perfect for any type of Valentine’s Day celebration.
See below for recipes for perfectly pink and red no-, low- and full-ABV love potions courtesy of The Pathfinder Hemp and Root, the zero-proof elixir shaking up the beverage world, Tamworth Distilling, the rural New Hampshire distillery best known for its bold experimentation with local flora and fauna, and Korbel California Champagne®, America’s most popular, high-scoring line of méthode champenoise champagne.
- Pathfinder Negroni: Ever had a low-ABV Negroni? Spoiler alert — it tastes just as good as the real thing.
- Cupid’s Arrow: Ditch the bouquet and chocolate, and opt for this floral, low-proof sipper instead (crop not included).
- Rhu-Berry Refresher: A surprising balance of sweet, tart, and spice pairs perfectly with chocolate-covered strawberries.
- Black Trumpet Blueberry Martini: A martini with… mushrooms? Trust us, the rich, smoky flavor from black trumpet mushrooms marries beautifully with the sweet, tart blueberries to create a unique take on this classic libation.
- In Bloom: Cheers to blooming relationships with this perfectly pink sipper.
- Rosé Spritz: Add a few dashes of love potion (bitters) to this effervescent, sweet libation.
