Yield: Makes 15-20 drinks
Ingredients:
- 18 oz. Fords Gin
- 9 oz. St George spiced pear liqueur
- 9 oz. Fresh lemon juice
- 12 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 bottle chilled Korbel Brut
- 2 pears, thinly sliced
- .5 cup Star anise pods, for garnish
Garnish: Skewered pear slice topped with star anise pod
Glassware: Coupe or punch glass
Instructions: Combine all of the ingredients in a punch bowl and stir.

Instant Crush

Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz. blanco tequila, such as Herradura
- .5 oz. Yuzuri yuzu liqueur
- .5 oz. simple syrup
- 2 oz. chilled Korbel Brut
- 2 oz. chilled Fever-Tree Sparkling Lime & Yuzu soda
Garnish: Lime Wheel
Glassware: Highball
Instructions: In a highball glass filled with ice, combine the tequila, Yuzuri, and simple syrup. Stir briskly to combine, add more ice, if needed. Slowly add the Korbel Brut, then add the lime-yuzu soda. Garnish with the lime wheel. Serve with a bottle of Fever-Tree on the side so your guest can top off their drink.

Rosé Spritz

- .5 oz. El Guapo Rose Cordial
- 6 dashes El Guapo Love Potion or Polynesian Kiss bitters (choose)
- 4 oz. Korbel Brut Rosé
Garnish: fresh rose petal or dried rose bud (choose)
Glassware: Coupe glass
