This Valentine’s Day, imbibers can toast to every type of love with a pink cocktail in hand (because who said Barbiecore was over?). From an intimate dinner with a partner, Galentine’s Day soirées with the besties, or an evening full of self-care (bubble bath and movie marathon, anyone?), we’ve rounded up a bevy of libations perfect for any type of celebration, courtesy of The Pathfinder Hemp and Root, the zero-proof elixir shaking up the beverage world, Tamworth Distilling, the rural New Hampshire distillery best known for its bold experimentation with local flora and fauna, and Tenango Rum, the brand-new, woman- and Latina-owned spirit.

Check out the cocktails below, from no- and low-ABV libations, perfectly pink sippers, and a riff on a classic cocktail!

  • PF Negroni: Ever had a No-groni? Spoiler alert — it tastes just as good as the real thing.
  • Cupid’s Arrow: Ditch the bouquet and chocolate, and opt for this floral, low-proof sipper instead (crop not included 😉).
  • Damson Fizz: On Wednesdays (specifically Wednesday, February 14), we drink pink with Tamworth Garden Damson Plum Gin‘s beautiful, viva-magenta-hued signature serve.
  • Damson Twist: Sweet, spicy, and herbaceous, this perfectly pink cocktail ticks all of the boxes for the perfect Valentine’s Day sipper.
  • Ain’t Nobody’s Side Chick: Newly single? Try the age-old cure for any break-up: 1) Mix up this riff on the Sidecar, 2) Burn all remnants of your previous partner, and 3) Listen to Alanis Morissette’s Jagged Little Pill (trust us).
