Whether the celebrated individual in question is a fan of rosé, Old Fashioneds, Bloody Marys or zero-proof mock-jitos, our friends at Art in the Age, Baba’s Acid Trip, Coopers’ Craft Bourbon, Finlandia Vodka, and The Pathfinder Hemp and Root have got something for everyone.

Berry Mockjito

Description: How about a bright, tangy, zero-proof cocktail to take the heat off of visiting family? Baba’s Acid Trip is the unexpected ingredient that makes for a deliciously inclusive spring and summer sipper.

Ingredients:
· .25 Cup fresh berries (raspberries, strawberries, blueberries)
· 8 Fresh Mint Leaves
· 1 oz. Baba’s Acid Trip Raspberry Lime Vinegar
· 4 oz. Sparkling Water

Glassware: Highball Glass
Garnish: Sprig of Fresh Mint
Instructions: Muddle fresh berries, mint leaves, and vinegar in the bottom of a highball glass. Add fresh ice and stir to blend all ingredients together. Top up with sparkling water.

A Rosé Grows in Kentucky

Description: Kentucky Bourbon meets rosé-all-day. Best served alongside a bouquet of fresh flowers.

Ingredients:
· 1.5 oz. Coopers’ Craft Barrel Reserve
· .75 oz. Simple syrup
· .75 oz. Lemon juice
· 1 oz. Rosé
· 1 Egg white (optional)

Instructions: Shake egg white, add other ingredients, shake again, shake one final time with ice. Strain, top with rosé, garnish and serve.
Glassware: Rocks glass
Garnish: Rose petal(s)

Make Your Own Bloody Mary Bar

Description: Make-at-home Coopers’ Craft Bloody Mary “bar” with all of the fixings. Cheese, bacon, olives; everything but the kitchen sink! There’s nothing wrong with a grocery list that requires a legal pad. Serves a crowd.

Ingredients:
· 2 oz. Coopers’ Craft Barrel Reserve
· 6 oz. Tomato Juice
· Squeeze of Lemon
· Dash of Worcestershire
· Salt and Pepper to taste
· Dash of your favorite hot sauce

Instructions: Combine all ingredients into an ice-filled shaker. Vigorously shake and strain into ice-filled glass. Top off with preferred garnishes from garnish “bar”.
Glassware: Highball
Garnish: A spread!

Grapefruit Spritz

Ingredients:
· 1 oz. Finlandia Grapefruit
· 1 oz. Cilantro Stern Vermouth*
· .5 oz. Lemon oleo**
· .5 oz. Lemon juice
· 2 Dashes grapefruit bitters
· 1.5 oz. Prosecco
· 1.5 oz. Soda

Instructions: Add all ingredients except Prosecco and soda to a wine glass. Stir to combine with ice. Add Prosecco and soda and stir. Garnish with a cilantro sprig and grapefruit slice.
Glass: Wine glass
Garnish: Cilantro sprig and grapefruit slice

*Cilantro Stern Vermouth
Ingredients:
· 250mL Bianco Vermouth
· 20g Cilantro Stems

Instructions: Add both ingredients to a blender and flash blend (pulse) on low setting for 5 – 10 seconds. Leave to infuse for 15 minutes. Strain through a fine strainer, bottle, and refrigerate.

**Lemon Oleo

Ingredients:
· 150g Lemon Peels
· 300g White Sugar
· 100mL Hot Water

Instructions: Cover lemon peels with sugar and cover. Leave for 12 hours to infuse and allow lemon oil to extract. Add hot water, stir to dissolve, and strain. Bottle and refrigerate.

Smoked Pineapple Old Fashioned

Description: Fire up the blowtorch to craft this smoky sipper that’s sure to please even the most meticulous grill master.

Ingredients:
· 1.5 oz. Coopers’ Craft Barrel Reserve
· 2 Barspoons Pineapple Simple Syrup**
· 2 dash tiki bitters

Cocktail Instructions: Light a bit of dehydrated pineapple on fire, cover with rocks glass to extinguish and capture smoke. Stir cocktail with ice, strain into glass, garnish and serve immediately.

**Pineapple Simple Syrup:
· .75 Cup Sugar
· .75 Cup Pineapple

Instructions: Heat and whisk until combined, low boil for 2 mins. Take off heat and allow the mixture to come to room temp
Glassware: Rocks
Garnish: Dehydrated pineapple slice / cocktail umbrella

Bloody Marys for Four

Ingredients (serves 4):
· 6 oz. Finlandia Vodka
· 2 oz. Lemon juice
· 16 oz. Tomato juice
· Salt and pepper
· Worcestershire Sauce
· Hot sauce

Instructions: Add all ingredients to pitcher and stir. Pour into rocks glass and garnish.
Glass: Rocks (no ice)

The Rad Dad Radler

Description: Pour your rad Dad a tall, cold glass of not-your-average-shandy

Ingredients:
· 1.5 oz. The Pathfinder Hemp & Root
· .5 oz. Ginger syrup (2 parts sugar to 1 part fresh ginger juice)
· .5 oz. Fresh lemon juice
· Your favorite Banana-y wheat beer

Instructions: Shake The Pathfinder, ginger syrup and lemon juice vigorously for five seconds. Pour into Pilsner/ tall beer glass. Top with your favorite banana-y wheat beer – something classic, not corny – like Ayinger Brau Weisse or Weihenstephaner Hefeweissbier.
Glassware: Pilsner/tall beer glass

Description: Take the lead as favorite child by serving up this summertime sipper

Ingredients:
· 1 oz. The Pathfinder Hemp & Root
· 2 oz. Lemonade
· Pilsner
· Lemon wedge

Instructions: Pour The Pathfinder and lemonade into a glass and top it up with your favorite light lager.
Glassware: Tumbler
Garnish: Lemon wedge on rim of glass
