February 1, 2023 —  The playoffs have concluded and only two teams remain- The Philadelphia Eagles and The Kansas City Chiefs. Brother will face off against brother, and an old coach will go head to head with the new as  Super Bowl LVII approaches on February 12th. We were hoping both teams would have fun because normally it’s all about the sips and snacks; however, it’s become personal. #gobirds
We’ve compiled some game-winning recipes, including: bourbon fondue, a spiked lemonade pitcher, an all-ages mock-jito, and a beer cocktail.

  • .5 Cup Coopers’ Craft Bourbon 82.2 Proof
  • .5 lb. Reading Raclette
  • .5 lb. Seven Sisters Cheese
  • .5 lb. Cabot Cloth Bound Cheddar
  • 2 tbsp. Cornstarch  
  • 1 Cup dry white wine   
  • 1 tsp. Mustard  
  • Few drops of pickle juice  
  • Black pepper


  • In a bowl, lightly coat the cornstarch into the cheeses.  
  • Over a medium heat add the wine, half of the Coopers’ Craft Bourbon and the pickle juice.  
  • Gradually add the cheese stirring all the time.  
  • Once a smooth mixture is obtained add the mustard,  
    black pepper, and the remaining Coopers’ Craft Bourbon.  
  • Enjoy with fresh crusty bread, crostini’s, salamis, and anything else you would like to dip into the fondue.

  • 2 parts Coopers’ Craft Bourbon 
  • 1 part fresh lime juice 
  • Top with ginger beer (roughly 6 parts) 
Glass: Glass mug or tin cup
Garnish: Lime twist
Instructions:  Combine Coopers’ Craft Bourbon and lime juice. Add ginger beer and serve over crushed ice in glass mug or tin cup. Garnish with lime twist. Optional: Omit bourbon and muddle your favorite fruit for a non-alcoholic fruity ginger beer.

Serves 10
  • 15 oz. Finlandia Botanical Wildberry & Rose  
  • 40 oz. Lemonade  
  • 10 Dashes of lime juice  
  • Optional: top with club soda  
Glassware: Stemless wine glass 
Garnish: Lemon & wild berries 
Instructions: Fill a stemless wine glass with crushed ice, add in the ingredients. Stir, garnish, and enjoy!

  • 2 oz. The Pathfinder Hemp and Root 
  • 1 can Narragansett Beer 
Glassware: Your favorite Pint Glass! 
Instructions: Pour Narragansett into your favorite glass. If it’s full, take a sip of the smooth lager. Once you have about a finger of room at the top, pour an ounce or two of The Pathfinder Hemp and Root into the glass for the perfect game time sipper.

  • .25 Cup fresh berries (raspberries, strawberries, blueberries) 
  • 8 Fresh mint leaves 
  • 1 oz. Baba’s Acid Trip Raspberry Lime Vinegar 
  • 4 oz. Sparkling water 
Glassware: Highball glass 
Garnish:  Sprig of fresh mint 
Instructions: Muddle fresh berries, mint leaves, and Baba’s Acid Trip in the bottom of a highball glass. Add fresh ice and stir to blend all ingredients together. Top up with sparkling water.
