  • 2 oz. Finlandia Botanical Wildberry & Rose   
  • .75 oz. Lime juice   
  • .5 oz. Pomegranate syrup (or premium grenadine) 


Garnish:Rose petal(s) 

Instructions:Shake with ice, strain, garnish

  • 1.5 oz. Coopers’ Craft Barrel Reserve  
  •  .75 oz. Simple syrup  
  •  .75 oz. Lemon juice  
  • 1 oz. Rosé  
  • 1 Egg white (optional)  

Glassware: Rocks glass 

Garnish: Rose petal(s) 

Instructions: Shake egg white, add other ingredients, shake again, shake one final time with ice. Strain, top with rosé, garnish and serve.

  • 1 oz. The Pathfinder Hemp and Root Spirit   
  • 1 oz. London dry gin   
  • 1 oz. Campari  

Glassware: Rocks glass or fancy coupe 

Garnish: Orange peel 

Instructions: Serve over large cubes

  • 1.5 oz. The Pathfinder Hemp and Root  
  • 1.5 oz. Tamworth Distilling Apiary Gin (or NA gin substitute)  
  • 2 oz. Chilled hibiscus tea  
  • 1 dropper Bittermens Burlesque Bitters  
  • Top with 2 oz. dry sparkling rosé (alc or NA)  

Glassware: Cut crystal wine glass 

Garnish: Rose petal(s) optional 

Instructions: Add everything but the sparkling wine to a shaker with ice and shake for 15 seconds. Fine strain into coupe glass and top with sparkling rose.

  • 2 oz. Gin  
  • 1 oz. Baba’s Acid Trip Raspberry Lime Vinegar  
  • 1 oz. St-Germaine  
  • 3 oz. Prosecco  
  • Fresh raspberries  

Glassware: Coupe or champagne flute  

Garnish: Fresh raspberries  

Instructions: Add gin, vinegar, and St-Germaine to shaker, shake for 30 seconds. Add ice and shake for another 60 seconds. Pour over ice, top the glass with Prosecco and garnish with fresh raspberries.

Our Acid Trip begins where our kombucha ends. Acid Trip is a living vinegar that has journeyed through many realms of fermentation, and the rewards are plentiful. Carefully curating our kombucha over many months and allowing the SCOBY (symbiotic colony of bacteria and yeast) to convert any residual sugars into acetic and other organic acids, helps to create our vibrant kombucha vinegar. In addition to these healthy acids, kombucha vinegar is also rich in probiotics and antioxidants from the green and black tea that form the backbone of our original kombucha brew. With a lower overall acidity (~3% vs 5-7%) than other vinegar varieties, kombucha vinegar is a bright, flavorful ingredient that will bring a zing to any dish or drink that you can dream up.
