Holy ‘Que Smokehouse, the acclaimed Bucks County BYOB serving authentic Texas-style barbeque that’s made fresh every day, has the meat-lover in mind this holiday season by offering BBQ platters and bountiful side dishes available for takeaway. Guests dining at Urban Farmer can enjoy elevated offerings served à la carte including an 8oz. Pennsylvania Ham ($28) prepared with bourbon apple cider glaze, and a 10oz. 1855 Beef Ribeye ($40) crafted with red wine beef jus, and horseradish aioli.
