New Liberty Distillery, the South Kensington craft distillery and home to award-winning spirit lines such as the revived heritage Kinsey brand, has crafted a unique and refreshing take on seasonal cocktails. Imbibers can enjoy spring sippers like the Beach Bum ($13), crafted with Dreadnought White Rum, Single Prop Coconut Rum, mango cordial, orgeat, lime, mint, and angostura bitters. Other seasonal tipples include the Miranda Indigo ($12), made with Snug Harbor Gin, dry vermouth, crème de violette, and a lemon twist, as well as the Highland Sushi ($12), composed of roasted sesame infused Kinsey Scotch, cucumber and honey ginger cordial, and lemon.

Art in the Age, Philadelphia’s one-of-a-kind tasting room, home bar supply and bottle shop, provides imbibers with a unique tasting experience and mouth-watering spring cocktails crafted by Jackie Nevin, including the Artichoke Old Fashioned ($13), created with Kinsey Bourbon, Cynar, orange oleo, and a few drops of Dashfire bay leaf bitters.
