Rosé All Day

Ingredients:
- 1 ½ oz Coopers’ Craft Barrel Reserve
- ¾ oz Simple Syrup
- ¾ oz Lemon Juice
- 1 Egg White (optional)
- 1 oz Rosé
Glassware: Rocks
Garnish: Rose Petals
Instructions: Shake egg white, add other ingredients, shake again, shake one final time with ice. Strain, top with Rosé, Garnish and Serve.
KY Sunrise

Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Coopers’ Craft Bourbon
- ½ oz. Lemon Juice
- 1 oz. Carrot Ginger Simple Syrup***
- Dash of Lemon Bitters
- Top with Sparkling Water
Glassware: High Ball
Garnish: Lemon Circle
Instructions: Add all ingredients but the sparkling water into an ice-filled shaker. Shake until chilled, strain and pour into an ice-filled highball glass. Top with sparkling water.
*** Carrot Ginger Simple
¾ oz. Cup Carrot Juice
¼ oz. Ginger Juice
1 Cup Sugar
Sunny Belle

Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Coopers’ Craft Bourbon
- 6 oz. Yellow Tomatoes or Yellow Tomato Juice
- 3 Sprigs of Cilantro
- A Squeeze of Lime
- Dash of Soy Sauce
- Salt
- Pepper to Taste
- Dash of Your Favorite Hot Sauce
Glassware: Highball Glass
Garnish: Speared Small mozzarella, Celery Stalk
Instructions: Puree cilantro/tomatoes then combine all ingredients into an ice-filled shaker. Vigorously shake, strain into ice-filled glass, top with garnish.
Flower Child

Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Tamworth Garden White Mountain Gin (infused with Teroforma 1 Pt. floral blend) ***
- ¾ oz. Jack Rudy Classic Tonic
- 3 ½ oz. Seltzer
- 1 Dash Fee Brothers Rhubarb Bitters
- 1 Dropper Dashfire Grapefruit Bitters
Glassware: Stemless wine glass
Garnish: Edible flowers (lavender sprig, chamomile flower or rose petal) and grapefruit twist
Instructions: Build in stemless wine glass over sphere cube; stir to combine; garnish.
*** Tamworth White Mountain Gin Infused with Teroforma 1 Pt. floral blend
- Combine 12 oz White Mountain Gin with 1 packet 1 Pt. floral blend for 1.5 hours, strain through cheesecloth.
Martini Spritz

Ingredients:
- 1 ½ oz Tamworth Garden White Mountain Gin
- 1 oz Dolin Dry Vermouth
- ½ oz Lemon Juice
- ¼ Jack Rudy Olive Brine
- 1 cucumber round
- 2 pinches sea salt
- 1 ½ oz Folkington’s English Garden Tonic
- 1 ½ oz Seltzer
- 8 drops Artemisia Junio Elder Bitters
- 3 dashes Scrappy’s Black Lemon Bitters
Glassware: Tumbler
Garnish: Sprig of dill, lemon twist and cucumber slice
Instructions: Add cucumber and sea salt to shaker tin, muddle; Add all other ingredients except garden tonic, shake; Strain through fine mesh strainer into tumbler glass over two square cubes; Top with English Garden tonic; Garnish with a sprig of dill, lemon twist & cucumber slice
Pathfinder Espresso Cola

Ingredients:
- 1 oz. The Pathfinder Hemp & Root Spirit
- 16 oz. Cup of Ice
- 1 oz. Black Tea Concentrate
- 2 oz. Espresso
- 4 oz. Seltzer
- ¼ teaspoon citric acid
- Lime wedge
Garnish: Lime wedge
Instructions: Combine ingredients in a drinking glass, top with ice, serve.
The Pathfinder Spritz
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. The Pathfinder Hemp & Root Spirit
- ½ oz. Lemon Juice
- Top with Seltzer
- Lemon Slice Garnish
Garnish: Lemon slice
Glassware: Collins glass
Instructions: Combine ingredients in a drinking glass, top with ice, serve.
