April 24, 2019 – Oloroso, the acclaimed Spanish restaurant from Chef Townsend Wentz, recently announced the launch of its new tapas-style buffet brunch, served every Saturday and Sunday from 10:30 am to 2:30 pm. The extensive spread is served in Oloroso’s open kitchen.
Brunch is $25 per person and includes options from the tapas menu, three versions of paella, potato dishes, a carving station with wood-fired meats, fresh salads, and desserts. Additionally, General Manager and Best of Philly® winner Allison Hangen and her talented bar team have crafted specialty sangria pitchers for $20 during brunch service.
“We wanted to give Philadelphia something special and uniquely Spanish in our brunch programming,” Wentz said.
The buffet gives guests an opportunity to try many dishes off the regular menu, as well as special brunch dishes served exclusively during brunch. Options include Grilled Octopus with Chickpeas and Chorizo, Avocado Bocadillo with Pickled Vegetables, and Olive Oil Cake with Saffron-Poached Apricots. Find the full menu below.
