Spend less time mixing and shaking with these simple summer cocktails that will keep imbibers cool all season.

B-Rivet
  • 1 1/2 parts Coopers’ Craft Bourbon
  • 1 part Spiced Peach Shrub
  • 1/4 part Demerara Syrup
  • 1/4 part Lemon Juice (1 Lemon Wedge)
  • 2 parts Soda Water
  • Add ingredients into a mixing glass. Stir with a bar spoon and strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with soda water and garnish with a lemon wedge.
Coopers’ & Ale-8-One
  • 2 parts Coopers’ Craft Bourbon
  • 6 parts Ale-8-One
  • Combine ingredients over ice and serve in a highball glass.
Coopers’ Cider Slush
  • 4 parts Apple Cider
  • 1 part Coopers’ Craft Bourbon
  • 1 part Ginger Beer
  • 3/4 part Iced Tea
  • 1/4 part Lemon Juice
  • 1/8 part Allspice Liqueur
  • Freeze cider, cut into cubes and place in a blender with other ingredients.
Coopers’ Cup
  • 2 parts Coopers’ Craft Bourbon
  • 1 part Fresh Lime Juice
  • Top with Ale-8-One (roughly 6 parts)
  • Served over crushed ice in tin cup, garnish with mint spring.
Coopers’ Sour
  • 2 parts Coopers’ Craft
  • 1 part Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 1 part Sugar
  • Shake and serve in a rocks glass with ice.
Quittin’ Time
  • 8 parts Sweet Tea (made with black tea and fresh local honey)
  • 4 parts Coopers’ Craft Bourbon
  • Garnish with thick sprig of fresh mint. Serve in a pitcher packed with large ice cubes and mint. Makes 4 servings.
