9 February 2015 n— Valentine’s Day is approaching fast and what better way to spend the holiday than with Red Owl Tavern’s My Bloody Valentine? This Saturday Red Owl will be celebrating with crimson-inspired additions to the menu for one night only, along with specials to the beverage program. Additions to Chef Jorge Chicas’ a la carte menu include Beet Salad with pomegranate and pickled vegetables; Venison Loin, mushroom puree, sauteed spinach, red wine sauce; Chocolate Panna Cotta with macerated cherries. Beverage specials are also Valentine’s inspired, including reduced-price Cabernet Sauvignon Red Owl Red, a specialty cocktail My Bloody Valentine {gin, beet juice, lemon, ginger syrup, thyme served up} and Yards Love Stout. Red Owl’s My Bloody Valentine is a fun, delicious and inspired alternative way to celebrate.
