Forsythia, Old City’s contemporary French bar and restaurant helmed by Chef Christopher Kearse, features a playful nod to the Honorable Ruth Bader Ginsberg in the signature, crowd-pleasing RBG&T ($14) composed of Combier Rose liqueur, Fever Tree aromatic tonic, and lemon. This year-round go-to cocktail is available on the recently re-launched happy hour menu for just $10, Wednesday through Friday from 5 – 7pm.

Hours of operation are Wednesday through Sunday from 4 – 10 pm.

Jet Wine Bar, Philadelphia’s “global vineyard,” boasts an extensive and inventive craft cocktail selection in addition to carefully curated, hard-to-find global wines. One seasonal, salty sipper is the Salty Dog ($12.5) composed of seaweed-infused gin, orange bitters, and tonic — not to be confused with the classic Salty Dog cocktail composed of gin and grapefruit juice. Imbibers can enjoy this effervescent tipple outdoors at Jet Wine Garden, the verdant oasis adjacent to Jet Wine Bar.

Hours of operation are Monday through Thursday from 4 – 10pm, Friday from 4 – 11pm, Saturday from 12 – 11pm, and Sunday from 12 – 8pm.

This crisp cooling cocktail is ideal for pairing alongside seasonal, savory tapas on Chef Jason Peabody’s rotating menu of authentic Spanish fare.

Hours of operation are Wednesday and Thursday from 5 – 10pm, Friday and Saturday from 5 – 11pm, and Sunday from 5 – 9pm.
