Jet Wine Bar, Philadelphia’s “global vineyard” located on South Street, is offering free virtual wine consultations from General Manager and sommelier Nick Baitzel.
Whether it’s for a lasagna dinner, tofu scramble, or breakfast (we’re not judging), Baitzel will guide patrons to the best wine to pair with their food via phone, email or Jet Wine Bar’s DM’s.

In addition, during the mandated restaurant and bar closures, Jet Wine Bar will be offering a diverse list of wines ranging in $15-$50 for pre-order pick-up from 12-7pm, Tuesday through Saturday. For all of those at home wondering what bottle to pop open with tonight’s quarantine menu, Nick will be answering questions via Jet Wine Bar’s DMs during the same hours. So, slide on into those DM’s for a personalized sommelier selection and step up your quarantine and chill.
After graduating from the University of Delaware with a degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management, Baitzel quickly acquired his passion for wine and uses that knowledge to curate the rotating wine lists at Jet Wine Bar.
