Urban Farmer, the rustic-chic restaurant and bar on Logan Circle, is offering quests the Clear Resolution ($16) to kick-off their New Year’s resolution making. Made with gin, citric acid, sparking rose, and edible gold, this over-the-top bubbly libation is available until January 1.

Say cheers with holiday cocktails from Brown-Forman’s newest bourbon in twenty years, Coopers’ Craft Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey

From a vegan eggnog to a unique spin on the Boulevardier, please see below for a selection of fun holiday cocktail recipes courtesy of Coopers’ Craft Mixologist, Fitz Bailey, featuring the original Coopers’ Craft bourbon as well as brand new expression, Coopers’ Craft Barrel Reserve!

Vegan Egg Nog

  • 1.5 oz Coopers’ Craft Barrel Reserve
  • 1 oz Goya Coconut Milk
  • 3 Tablespoons Aquafaba
  • 1.5 oz Vanilla Almond Milk

Instructions: Shake Aquafaba vigorously for 30 seconds then combine with all other ingredients into an ice-filled shaker. Vigorously shake for another 1-2 minutes, strain into ice-filled glass, top with optional garnish.

Garnish: Dash of Chinese Five Spice (optional)

Holiday Boulevardier

  • 1.5 oz Coopers’ Craft Barrel Reserve
  • 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
  • 1 oz Campari
  • .5 oz Cranberry Juice
  • Dash of Cranberry Bitters

Instructions: Put all ingredients into an ice-filled shaker, stir until chilled, pour into rocks glass with ice cube if desired and top with garnish.

Garnish: Speared cranberries

Coopers’ Sparkling Cider

  • 2 oz Coopers’ Craft Bourbon
  • Sparkling Apple Cider 

Instructions: Pour bourbon into an ice-filled shaker, stir until chilled, pour into flute and top with desired amount of sparkling apple cider, then garnish.

Garnish: Apple slice dusted with cinnamon on side of glass or floating

Those looking to make Flirting with the Zodiac punch for at-home NYE parties can purchase both The Reverend’s Universal Spirit and The Good Reverend’s Guide to Infused Spirits at Art in the Age and create their own spirited holiday libations.

Flirting with the Zodiac (serves 20)

  • 12 oz. Universal Spirit
  • 24 oz dry champagne
  • 24 oz. pineapple juice
  • 12 oz. pomegranate juice
  • 6 oz. ginger beer
  • 4 oz. lime juice

Instructions: Add above ingredients to punch bowl and stir gently to integrate. Add nine large ice balls to keep the punch cool. Ladle punch over cube ice in individual 8 oz cups

Garnish: Pomegranate seeds, preserved lemon slices, mint leaves (as desired)

Midnight Reverie

  • ½ oz Art in the Age Black Trumpet Blueberry Cordial
  • ½ oz lemon juice
  • ½ oz chilled ginger lemon syrup
  • Topped with Cava

Instructions: Put a few blueberries in the bottom of the Collins class. Fill the glass the rest of the way with pebble ice. Add all ingredients except Cava together with ice, and strain the liquid into the glass. Top with Cava

Garnish: Thyme and blueberries
