28 February 2017 – Fair Food is pleased to present The Brewer’s Plate, Sunday March 5th at the Kimmel Center! Philadelphia’s premier local beer and food pairing festival will take over all three floors and will boast a bevy of inspired pairings, delightful bites and local brews from the region’s incomparable breweries, chefs, artisans, cideries, distilleries and farmers.

The Brewer’s Plate aims to bring together the best of the food and drink community in the Mid-Atlantic region under one roof. Whether it is to try a new dish, or maybe a new way of thinking about how your choice of beverage can enhance the flavors of your food, this event is fit for all appetites. Year after year, the Brewer’s Plate is an opportunity to enjoy the ever-changing local food and drink scene.

This year, festival-goers should keep their eyes and forks on these trifecta pairings:
• Scott Schroeder’s newest venture, Hungry Pigeon, with Birchrun Hills Farm and Ploughman Ciders
• New-on-the-scene Cinder with Frecon’s Cidery and Stone & Key
• Longtime Brewer’s Plate participant: Devil’s Den, with Free Will and Bluebird Distilling
• Rittenhouse’s new favorite: Butcher Bar PHL with Bobolink Dairy & Bakehouse and Levante Brewing

Guests can choose between GA, VIP or VIP+ tickets and everyone will receive access to all three floors. The VIP tickets will grant attendees early admission and a keepsake pint glass as well as VIP-only beers from select local breweries.
