Spread Bagelry, the Philadelphia-born bagel brand known for its kettle-boiled, honey water bagels baked in wood-fired ovens, is paying homage to their recent opening in Atlanta and broader Southeast expansion with a brand-new, limited-edition menu inspired by classic Southern flavors launching Wednesday, April 22nd.
The new seasonal menu marks the debut of Spread Bagelry’s house-made hash brown, available as a savory standalone side ($2.25) or crunchy addition to any sandwich ($2). The crispy shredded potato adds a craveable texture to complement its signature bagels.
Spread is beefing up their sandwich offerings with the new Carolina Brisket Stack ($16), a hearty sandwich layered with Carolina-style BBQ brisket, tangy mustard and vinegar-based barbecue sauce, folded eggs, cheddar cheese, and Spread’s crispy hash brown — adding a satisfying crunch and savory depth to every bite.
Rounding out the spring lineup are bright, Southern-inspired additions, including the Georgia Peach cream cheese — a sweet, slightly tart seasonal spread available on a bagel ($6.50) or by the tub (4 oz $4.50 or 8 oz $8.75) — and a refreshing house-made sweet tea, brewed in-house and served over ice ($3).
Available April 22nd through mid-July, the spring menu brings a fresh, regional twist to Spread’s signature offerings pairing Southern comfort flavors with the brand’s signature bagel craftsmanship.
