We’re excited to welcome Mecha Noodle Bar, a Fishtown noodle bar serving modern takes on pho, ramen, and bao, to our growing roster of dynamic hospitality clients. After expanding across the New England area since its founding in 2013, Mecha opened its first Philadelphia location in the bustling Fishtown neighborhood in September 2025. Known for its bold flavors and vibrant energy, Mecha offers comfort food that feels both nostalgic and innovative—from crave-worthy ramen and pho to bao, handrolls, and playful touches like spiked bubble tea, inventive cocktails, and an expansive sake list.
Rooted in the belief that food brings people together, Mecha was founded by childhood friends Tony Pham and Rich Reyes, sons of immigrants who bonded over shared meals. The name “Mecha,” meaning “mom & pop” in Vietnamese, reflects the founders’ commitment to warm, welcoming hospitality and a dining experience that feels like home.
Beyond the menu, Mecha is deeply committed to community impact. Through its Eat Justice initiative, the restaurant donates a portion of every ramen sold to local nonprofit partners, reinforcing its mission to give back with every bowl served.
Reservations for Mecha Noodle Bar can be made via OpenTable, but walk-ins are always welcomed.
Hours of operation: Monday through Friday, 12pm to 10pm, Saturday 11:30am to 10pm, and Sunday 11:30am to 9pm, with happy hour Monday through Friday from 4pm to 6pm.
