Philadelphia is gearing up for the 2025 NFL season with the Eagles kicking off their home opener against the Dallas Cowboys on Thursday, September 4. Famous 4th Street Delicatessen, the historic Philadelphia eatery celebrated for its traditional Jewish deli fare and classic American comfort food, is offering an unbeatable NFL Package for those hosting a watch party on Thursday, September 4. The NFL Package features Sandwich Platters prepared with the same care as our deli counter since 1923, including hand-sliced pastrami, slow-simmered corned beef, tender brisket, and roasted turkey—served on fresh rye or rolls. Each platter comes with pickles, cheese, condiments, and a homemade side, and is available in three sizes:

  • Small Platter – 12 half sandwiches, feeds 6–8 ($195)
  • Medium Platter – 18 half sandwiches, feeds 10–12 ($295)

Flight Club, the world’s first Social Darts® experience in the heart of Center City, Philadelphia, will be showing the Eagles’ home opener against the Dallas Cowboys on Thursday, September 4, live on all bar TVs. Front Street Cafe, the all-day café, restaurant, and bar known for its commitment to fresh, farm-to-table ingredients, is welcoming Eagles fans with special game day offerings. Guests can enjoy a game-inspired cocktail, the Game Thyme! ($7) made with gin (or Ritual Gin for a zero-proof option), cucumber, thyme simple, matcha simple, and lemon, paired with a Cheesesteak Empanada ($3), perfect for snacking while watching the game. For next Thursday’s matchup, the outside garden bar, home to the restaurant’s only TV, will remain open through the end of the game for guests to watch.

Square 1682, the modern American restaurant and award-winning bar at 17th and Sansom Streets, will transform into a pop-up Square Sports Bar for the Eagles vs. Cowboys home opener on Thursday, September 4, 2025. Guests can watch the game on both TV and projector with full sound while enjoying Square’s regular menu alongside a lineup of game-day specials, including:

  • Cheesesteak Egg Rolls
  • Wings with black garlic buffalo, jalapeño cilantro lime glaze, or Korean BBQ
  • GoBirds Hummus with green onions and parsley, served with celery and Romanesco
  • Square Burger with a seared double patty, South Philly jam, garlic aioli, and Cooper Sharp

Staff will wear Eagles gear, and the exterior will feature chalkboard signage with football and Eagles-themed balloons on both sides of the street. The bar will also serve cocktails made with Bird Gang Spirits, providing fans with a full game day experience that combines spirited eats, drinks, and the ultimate viewing environment.
