Philadelphia’s community is embracing Pride Month 2025 with a mix of meaningful moments and celebratory flair. Kicking off next Sunday, June 1, festivities range from chic outdoor happy hours, live entertainment, and charitable tie-ins benefiting the LGBTQ+ community. Across the city, bars, restaurants, bakeries, and hotels are marking the occasion with vibrant programming — from drag shows to signature desserts and cocktails that give back, with events and initiatives running throughout the month of June. Assembly Rooftop Lounge, Center City’s swanky rooftop lounge, with panoramic views of the Benjamin Franklin Parkway, City Hall, and the Philadelphia Museum of Art, is celebrating Pride with a specialty cocktail. Available throughout the month of June, guests can enjoy the Big Gay Spritz ($18) composed of vodka, cucumber, lime, Prosecco, pea tea, and glitter. $1 of each spritz purchased will be donated to the Attic Youth Center.

Famous 4th Street Delicatessen, the legendary Philadelphia eatery and historic mainstay celebrated for its traditional Jewish deli fare and classic American comfort food, will offer slices of a colorful Rainbow Pride Cake ($11) throughout Pride Month. This decadent vanilla cake is stacked high with six layers, each one colored to match the hues of the rainbow. For every slice sold, $1 will be donated to Philly AIDS Thrift, a Philadelphia-based nonprofit whose mission is to support local communities affected by HIV/AIDS through the proceeds of its thrift stores, which provide vital funding for HIV/AIDS service organizations and also serve as community hubs for education, outreach, and advocacy.

Patchwork, a lively restaurant and bar focused on New American cuisine nestled on the second floor of the Hyatt Centric, is hosting a Drag Brunch in honor of Pride on Sunday, June 22 from 11am-1pm for $39 per person. Taking place in the Alexander Ballroom, guests can enjoy a fabulous performance by the queens from Henn House Events while indulging in brunch favorites including French Toast ($18) topped with Nutella and whipped cream, Patchwork Omelette ($19) with Beech mushrooms, broccoli rabe and Swiss cheese, and Chicken & Waffles ($24) topped with buttermilk and sage butter. For an additional $25 per person, attendees can include bottomless mimosas in their brunch experience.

Puttshack, the world’s first and only tech-infused mini golf experience, is marking Pride Month 2025 with a meaningful, nationwide initiative in support of the LGBTQ+ community. From June 1 through June 30, Puttshack is partnering with the It Gets Better Project to raise funds and awareness for LGBTQ+ youth. Red Owl Tavern, the contemporary kitchen and bar located across from Independence Hall in Old City, is celebrating Pride Month with a flavorful and vibrant cocktail dubbed The Pride Spritz ($16). This festive drink features Absolut Vodka infused with pea flower, Lillet Rosé, strawberry, lime juice, and club soda, topped with Prosecco and garnished with a lemon twist and edible flowers. For every Pride Spritz sold from June 1 through June 30, Red Owl Tavern will donate $1 to The Trevor Project the nation’s leading suicide prevention and crisis intervention nonprofit for LGBTQ+ young people.

Sofitel Philadelphia at Rittenhouse Square, the upscale luxury hotel blending French flair with American style in the heart of Center City, is celebrating Pride Month with a series of offerings designed to create a safe, festive space for LGBTQ+ individuals and allies. Throughout June, the hotel is featuring its Love Limitless overnight stay package for two, which includes welcome cocktails, in-room Pride-themed cocktail shakers and martini glasses, and two drink tickets to Tavern on Camac in Philadelphia’s Gayborhood. The package also supports the hotel’s charitable partner, the Mazzoni Center. Bookings are available through the hotel’s website.
The hotel will also host two signature Pride events. Sofitel en Rose, a Pride-themed happy hour, will take place on Thursday, June 5, from 6–8 PM at John F. Collins Park, featuring a welcome cocktail, pay-as-you-go lite bites from Chef Sylva Senat, music by DJ Romain, and entertainment by drag legend Brittany Lynn. Tickets are $10, with a portion of proceeds benefiting the Mazzoni Center, and can be purchased via Eventbrite. To close out the month, Spill the Tea—a lively, drag-filled afternoon tea—will be held on Saturday, June 28, from 2–4 PM at Liberté Lounge, hosted by Brittany Lynn and The Philly Drag Mafia.
