Little Walter’s, the contemporary Polish restaurant and bar from Chef/Owner Michael Brenfleck, will offer a complimentary spritz to all mothers dining in on Sunday, May 11. Dubbed Matka—the Polish word for “mother”—the spritz special features housemade Angelika, sparkling rosé, and strawberries. Angelika is a bitter herbal liqueur crafted in-house, similar in style to Aperol, and “red berries,” a common term in Poland, refers specifically to strawberries in this preparation.
