Front Street Cafe, the all-day café, restaurant, and bar known for its commitment to fresh, farm-to-table ingredients, serves an innovative and fresh twist on classic brunch cuisine. Offering a variety of shareable plates and hearty entrées, the menu blends bold flavors with nourishing options. Little Walter’s, Philadelphia’s contemporary Polish restaurant and bar from Chef/Owner Michael Brenfleck—recently featured in The New York Times’ The Restaurant List 2024, offers a decadent, all-day Sunday brunch menu showcasing both traditional and elevated Polish fare. A standout is the Sunday Chicken ($45), served with herb potatoes and cabbage, available in both half and full-sized portions. For a more classic breakfast-inspired dish, the Tost Z Awokado ($16) features toasted rye topped with avocado, jammy egg, and horseradish, while the Babka ($9) delivers a sweet indulgence with apple powidła and black walnut butter. For something light and savory, the Wszystka Biały (Bagels) ($8), are served with herb cream cheese and capers, with an option to add sledzie (pickled herring) for $5. To sip on, highlights include a riff on the Bloody Mary titled Rewolucyjny ($13) comprised of tomato juice, Polish mustard, horseradish, and vodka; Narzędziowiec ($13) crafted with orange juice, bison grass vodka, and mint; and Baristka ($14), Little Walter’s version of the Espresso Martini which utilizes Herman’s Coffee espresso, coffee liqueur, and Polish vodka.

Patchwork, a vibrant New American restaurant and bar on the second floor of the Hyatt Centric, boasts a weekend brunch on Saturday and Sunday from 7am to 1pm. Hyatt Centric guests and neighborhood locals can enjoy savory and sweet brunch offerings à la carte, such as French Toast ($18) with Nutella and whipped cream, a Patchwork Omelette ($19) with beech mushrooms, broccoli rabe and Swiss cheese, and a Croissant Sandwich ($16) with egg, smoked ham, Swiss cheese, and dijonaise.
