Assembly Rooftop Lounge, Center City’s swanky rooftop lounge with panoramic views of the Benjamin Franklin Parkway, City Hall, and the Philadelphia Museum of Art, is the perfect place to enjoy delicious cocktails year-around. With the unofficial start of summer underway, locals can celebrate the 80 degree weather a refreshing Frosé ($16) with rosé wine, dry vermouth, cocci rosa aperitif, strawberry and fresh lemon. Assembly will also offer a rotating frozen cocktail ($17), perfect for sipping on while taking in the unparalleled views from Assembly’s rooftop.

Bluebird Distilling, Phoenixville’s award-winning grain-to-glass craft distillery, offers imbibers a cooling reprieve from summer temperatures with its homemade Frozen G&T ($12), made with the distillery’s flagship Juniperus Gin, fresh lime juice, and tonic. Guests can indulge in this frozen take on a classic cocktail at Bluebird Distilling’s indoor, air-conditioned bar and tasting room, or in the expansive outdoor seating areas while enjoying the warm weather.

Bolo, Chef Yun Fuentes’ Latin American dining room and rum bar nestled in bustling Rittenhouse Square, offers three playful variations of its signature Piña Colada – each serving as a perfect complement to a sit-down meal or quick bite whilst enjoying the restaurant’s airy window seating. Crafted by Head Bartender Tony Jimenez, the original Piña Colada features Don Q Gold, pineapple juice, and coconut cream, with an option to add Overproof Rum for an extra $3. Uptown Beer Garden, Philadelphia’s pioneering and premier beer garden for nearly two decades, has finally launched for the spring and summer season. Decked out with a tropical paradise-themed concept dubbed Kedera Tiki Bar, the beer garden is complete with a wide selection of refreshing frozen cocktails to match – including the Frozo Espresso ($18) crafted with SKYY Espresso Vodka, cold brew, coffee liqueur, and simple, the Something Sweet ($18) made with Codigo Blanco, lemon, and simple, the Gettin’ Twisted ($18) featuring Twisted Tea Whiskey and lemonade, and the Not Your Mama’s Daiquiri comprised of Bacardi, simple, and strawberry purée. Uptown Beer Garden is also offering a full-service Orange Crush Bar, new food menu, and zero-proof sippers, along with ample seating and festive themed décor.
