Classes are $250 per person. Participants will learn how to choose the right meat and how to trim it, how to create their own seasoning and how season meat with it properly, and the smoking process from fire management to pulling the meat at the right time. Those interested in purchasing a class can do so by emailing or calling the restaurant directly.
