Royal Boucherie, Old City’s lively neighborhood bistro, offers two oyster dishes featured as part of the famed, robust raw bar. Offerings include East and West Coast Oysters on the Half Shell, available for a half dozen or full dozen. Additionally, the illustrious Plateaus de la Mer is composed of Executive Chef Matt Buehler’s daily selection of fresh shellfish including oysters, shrimp, lobster, and crudo, served in small or large portion.
Imbibers may pair either shellfish-focused dish with a refreshing French Maid composed of cognac, cucumber, mint, lime, and Velvet Falernum for the ultimate experience.
Hours of operation are Wednesday through Sunday 4 – 10 pm.
