3 October 2018 – The renowned Joe’s Steaks + Soda Shop is unveiling the “Gettin’ Gritty Wit It” cheesesteak. Inspired by the reveal of the Flyers’ new eccentric mascot, Gritty, this cheesesteak is as extraordinary as our new orange friend.
Topped with prime steak meat, whiz, French fries, and Cheetos, the “Gettin’ Gritty Wit It” has a bold flavor and fierce appearance. Joe’s Steaks will begin serving this one-of-a-kind cheesesteak on Tuesday, October 9th to celebrate the Flyers’ season home opener. The “Gettin’ Gritty Wit It” will be available during every game this season (home and away) for $9.25 at both the Torresdale and Fishtown locations.
