Rosé All Day

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz. Coopers’ Craft Barrel Reserve
  • ¾ oz. Simple Syrup
  •  ¾ oz. Lemon Juice
  • 1 Egg White (Optional)
  • 1 oz. Rosé

Glassware: Rock Glass

Garnish: Rose Petals

Instructions: Shake egg white. Add other ingredients, shake again, shake one final time with ice, top with rose, garnish and serve.

Earhart Aviation Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ oz Snug Harbor Gin
  • ½ oz Liberty Belle Crème de Violette Liqueur
  • ¼ oz Liberty Belle Sour Cherry Liqueur
  • ½ oz Lemon Juice

Garnish: Twist of lemon peel and sink a barspoon of Crème de Violette Liqueur

Instructions: Combine ingredients with ice and shake in a shaker tin. Double strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel and sink a barspoon of Crème de Violette Liqueur.

That Carrot Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz. Tamworth Garden White Mountain Gin
  • 1 oz. Carrot Juice
  •  ¾ oz. Lemon Juice
  •  ½ oz. Honey

Glassware: Coupe Glass

Garnish: Shaved Carrot

Instructions: Add all ingredients including carrot green to a shaker and shake well, strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with shaved carrot
