URBAN FARMER
Urban Farmer, Logan Square’s modern American steakhouse, is offering its coveted Thanksgiving to-go menu again this year, boasting a full spread of holiday favorites such as a 12-14 pound turkey, house-made cranberry sauce, red bliss smashed potatoes, house-made gravy, guests’ choice of pumpkin, apple or pecan pie, and more. Urban Farmer’s Thanksgiving to-go package is available for pre-order now here for $180 and serves 4-6 people. All orders can be picked up on Thanksgiving Day from 12-3 pm.
In addition to its take-out menu, Urban Farmer is offering a three-course plated Thanksgiving dinner from 4 – 9 pm on Thursday, November 26. The prix fixe dinner from Executive Chef Sonny Ingui is $85/person and includes diner’s choice of starter, entrée, including Pennsylvania Raised Turkey, Skuna Bay Salmon, 1855 Farms Prime Rib, Mushroom Risotto or Stuffed Pork Loin; and, for dessert, guests can choose between Classic Pumpkin Pie, Pumpkin Bourbon Cheesecake or Chocolate Pecan Tart. Sides include Cornbread Turkey Stuffing, Red Bliss Mashed Potatoes, and more. Urban Farmer will also be offering their delicious à la carte brunch on Thanksgiving Day from 9 am – 1 pm, which includes specialties such as Short Rib Hash, Steak Frites, Pancakes, among other treats. Fond, the acclaimed contemporary American restaurant on East Passyunk Avenue, is offering a decadent Thanksgiving spread to-go for those uninterested in spending ample time in the kitchen this holiday. Guests can choose from Turkey, two ways with gravy , Chestnut Rosemary Potato Filling , Orange Cranberry Sauce , White Miso Butterscotch Sweet Potatoes and Frisee Salad . Additionally, guests can enjoy desserts from Chef Jessie Prawlucki-Styer, including Brown Butter Apple Pie , Maple Pecan Pie , Butterscotch Pumpkin Pie and Chocolate Cheesecake . The Twisted Tail, Headhouse Square’s Southern-inspired restaurant, bar and live music venue, is taking away the stress of cooking this holiday with two Thanksgiving to-go options , including: a Whole Roasted Lancaster Turkey (12-15lbs) for $160 or a full Thanksgiving spread, including guest’s choice of protein (Roasted Lancaster Turkey, Herb Crusted Prime Rib, Raised Short Rib, etc.) with an array of available sides for $300. The Society Hill Southern-inspired restaurant and bar isalso offering a safe alternative for those not interested in spending hours in the kitchen on Thanksgiving. For those quarantining down the shore or celebrating the holiday seaside, Seaview , A Dolce Hotel, the New Jersey Shore’s quintessential resort, is offering a deluxe Thanksgiving to-go package , including a whole 14-16 pound turkey breast with gravy and cranberry sauce, one quart each of roasted garlic mashed potatoes, whipped sweet potatoes, an apple and pumpkin pie, and more.
