November 12, 2020 – Two popular South Philadelphia restaurants — Fond and The Dutch, both owned by Chef Lee Styer — are executing new concepts for the remainder of fall, and into the winter season in order to boast business, and broaden their clientele. Fond, the contemporary American restaurant on Passyunk Square, is going through quite the change this fall and winter. Fond will temporarily transition into FOND For All — a prepared foods market and take-away restaurant designed to bring the rich flavors of Fond into the comfort of guests’ homes. FOND For All will have a full menu of prepared food items and simple two-step meal kits available for pick-up and delivery either on the day or for pre-order. In addition, an array of wine and cocktails to-go will also be available for purchase during pick-up. FOND For All is available Wednesday to Sunday from 4 – 8 pm. In the spirit of change, The Dutch, Pennsport’s popular breakfast and lunch eatery with a focus on Dutch and Pennsylvania Dutch-style cuisine, is now offering delivery to guests within a one-mile radius. Fans of The Dutch can now order menu items such as the Sweet Dutch Baby, Crispy Lebanon Bologna, and the Ring Bologna Eggs Benedict, to be delivered to their doorstep. Delivery, take-away, and outdoor seating (weather permitting) is available during opening hours of 8am – 2pm, Wednesday through Sunday.
