April 7, 2020 – Make Tamworth Distilling your one-stop booze shop: Stock up on scratch-made small-batch spirits and support local business!
New Hampshire’s most rural and Northern Distillery, Tamworth Distilling & Mercantile, which focuses on using local, ‘wilderness to table’ ingredients to create a collection of uniquely flavored, scratch-made spirits, is now offering contactless curbside pick-up for all available spirits – including same day pick-up!
As COVID-19 continues to close businesses and liquor stores throughout the region, the demand amongst local craft spirit lovers resulted in Tamworth Distilling pivoting to taking the tasting room supplies outside directly to the consumer! And the best part? The first 50 orders will receive a sweet treat from Art in the Age Café!
“With the state stores starting to close, the bright side to this seemingly dark and dry situation is stocking up on a bottle – or three – of scratch-made spirits from Tamworth Distilling,” said founder and owner, Steven Grasse. “Our friends in the area are able to continue drinking while supporting a locally owned business during these strange and uncertain times.”
Orders can be made by emailing curbside@tamworthdistilling.com and selections can be made from: tamworthdistilling.com/spirits. Payment will be accepted online via email and the Tamworth Distilling team will be staggering pick-up times to 15-minute intervals to allow for the safety of the public and their staff. Pick-up delivery windows will be offered on Fridays and Saturdays and if orders are placed by noon, same day pick-up will be available!
Tamworth Distilling is taking a number of precautions to ensure the safety of the public, including providing staff with sanitizer, masks, and gloves, and limiting the number of staff handling the orders.
