November 1, 2019 –  Fond, the acclaimed contemporary American restaurant on Passyunk Square, is excited to announce the launch of an all-new craft cocktail class series on MondayNovember 4, from 6:30-8 pm. Participants can look forward to eight  intimate 10-seat only hands-on cocktail trainings and education with Fond’s General Manager Adam Judeh and Lead Bartender Carnie Gilfillan.

Tickets are $65 per person and include recipes and training on how to expertly make two craft cocktails, a tasting and discussion of different spirits, and cocktail-complimenting snacks provided by Chef Lee Styer.

“We always get questions from guests about our craft cocktail program,” says General Manager Adam Judeh. “We decided to offer exclusive, limited, cocktail-making classes to provide insight knowledge for those interested in amping their at-home bar game.”

The first three limited and intimate 1 1/2 hour cocktail classes will be themed the following:

  • Origin of Spirits: Mixed vs. Stirred / Light Spirits vs. Aged Monday, November 4 from 6:30-8pm
  • Festive Cocktails – from Flips to Champagne Cocktails – How to Make your Season Pop! Monday, December 2 from 6:30-8pm
  • 2020 on a Sour Note! Explore sours from the history Monday, January 3 from 6:30-8pm

The theme of the remaining five classes will be revealed later this year. Interested parties can secure their spot by calling the restaurant during business hours at 215-551-5000.
