Guests can not only enjoy the cocktail at the tasting room but also leave with all of the components to go home and replicate that exact cocktail for friends and family. Cocktail name: Skinny Dipper

Service Glass: Coupe

Garnish: Israeli cucumber ribbon on gold pick & cucumber oil

Ingredients :

  • 2 oz. Powderhorn Rye Vodka
  • ½ oz. Lo-Fi Dry Vermouth
  • ½ oz. Cucumber Sea Salt Brine*
  • 1 Dropper Addition Black Pepper Bitters

Preparation procedures :

1)    Add all liquids to pitcher

2)    Stir

3)    Strain into chilled coupe glass

4)    Garnish with cucumber ribbon on gold pick and 4 drops cucumber oil

*Cucumber Sea Salt Brine: peel & chop half a cucumber, dissolve two bar spoons pink Himalayan sea salt in 12oz warm water. Blend cucumber and 6oz salt water in bullet blender, strain through cheesecloth and add remaining salt water.

 *Cucumber Oil: blend peels from cucumber and 2oz olive oil in bullet blender, strain through cheesecloth
