15 May 2018 – Chef Townsend Wentz and his all-star team at Oloroso are launching a Monday through Friday Happy Hour starting today, Monday, April 30, from 5-7pm with a mix of delicious foods and beverages at enticing price points at the bar.

Beverage specials on the Oloroso happy hour menu include, $3 beer (Mahou), $7 Sangria, $10 white/red wine, $10 featured cocktail from Lead Bartender Alison Hangen.

Additionally, guests will enjoy tapas from Oloroso’s open kitchen for just $6, including Blistered Peppers, Patatas Bravas, Boquerones on Grilled Toast, Sautéed Chorizo with sweet pepper and sherry, as well as a choice of three meat and cheese selections for $10.

“For me, it’s creating an opportunity for people to come in after work and enjoy the restaurant and try a few dishes,” Chef Townend Wentz said.

Oloroso is a Spanish restaurant featuring wood-fired cooking and an advanced beverage program. The restaurant, opened in late 2017, is located at 1121 Walnut Street, Philadelphia, PA. Oloroso is the third restaurant from acclaimed Chef / Owner Townsned Wentz, earning his third 3-bell review from The Philadelphia Inquirer’s restaurant critic Craig LaBan.
